KJ Trinity IAS has been conceptualised by Hon.Shri. Prabhakar Deshmukh (IAS) in collaboration with a team of experienced government officials to support UPSC/MPSC aspirants in overcoming the challenges they encounter during preparation for this esteemed exam. Designed by seasoned civil servants and subject matter experts, the program aims to address the common obstacles faced by candidates and offers precise, targeted guidance to streamline their journey towards success.
Our History
KJ’s Educational Institute (KJEI) in Pune was established in 2006 with the mission to provide quality education at an affordable cost, particularly to youth from rural areas. The founder, Shri Kalyanji Jadhav, envisioned empowering students to realize their potential and contribute to national development. His commitment extended beyond education; he aimed to ensure employment opportunities for every student graduating from the institute.
Under Shri Kalyanji Jadhav’s visionary leadership, KJEI expanded its educational offerings, establishing institutions such as the Trinity Academy of Engineering and the KJ College of Engineering & Management Research. These institutions have been instrumental in nurturing professionals capable of facing technological challenges and serving humanity.
Mr. Vinod Kalyan Jadhav, has been a driving force in furthering the family’s educational and developmental legacy. Demonstrating a keen eye for growth opportunities, he ventured into real estate development, launching residential and commercial projects in areas like Warje, Pune. His efforts reflect a commitment to enhancing urban infrastructure and providing quality living spaces.
Together, Shri Kalyanji Jadhav and Mr. Vinod Kalyan Jadhav have significantly contributed to Pune’s educational and infrastructural landscape, embodying a legacy of leadership, innovation, and community service.

We aim to break barriers and ensure that quality preparation is available to everyone, eliminating the exploitation by conventional coaching institutes by offering affordable, student-focused programs that foster genuine learning and success.
